Join Tanya Eyre, Hawk and Owl Trust Education and Outreach Officer, on a 6km+ walk to discover the past on Fylingdales Moor, part of the North York Moors National Park.

Park at Latter Gate Hills – please meet at the notice board (known locally as Sledgates Top grid reference: NZ 929 045

Wear study foot wear (adders), bring a waterproof jacket and dress for an exposed Moor (sun and wind).
Bring a packed lunch.

Be guided up to some standing stones; walk part of an old salt road and hear about a lost World War 2 tank.
