HOT AGM & Members’ Weekend 2015 Info – Book Now

The 2015 Hawk and Owl Trust AGM & Members’ Weekend will be held at our Sculthorpe Moore Community Nature Reserve near Fakenham, Norfolk on 9, 10 & 11 October 2015

All members and supporters are encouraged to attend our annual get together.

Hosts Sculthorpe Moor have planned an extensive programme of events, visits and meetings during the weekend to highlight and illustrate the work they do locally and further afield.

From an informal fish & chip supper at the reserve on the Friday night through to the Annual General Meeting on Sunday, there is something for everyone.

We have a number of pdf documents available for you to download (below) that will enable you review the AGM Agenda, the list of candidates running for election or re-election as Trustees, the Members’ Weekend programme of events and a Booking Form for any or all of the different meals and daily/weekend attendance.

Please Note | There are a number of deadlines that you should be aware of:

  • The Members’ Weekend Booking Form should be returned no later than Friday 2 October 2015
  • Additional Nominations for Trustee should be returned not less than 14 days before Sunday 11 October 2015
  • Proxy Voting Forms should be returned by Friday 2 October 2015
